Terms & Conditions

1 I will pick up all dog waste and place in the bins provided.

2 I will take any other rubbish home with me.

3 I will arrive and leave as per the time of my booking.

4 I will wait for the meadow to be empty before using, I will park in the car park but most not leave car until other costumers have left, in the event they do not leave the meadow at the allotted time please ring 07713255565.

5 The booking is non-refundable in the event I am unable to attend.

6 It is my responsibility to ensure the meadow is safe. The fence is 1.5 meters high with a return to the ground if I think my dog might jump over or dig under then I must be aware of this and take appropriate action. The field is checked regularly for damage and animal holes are filled in but I’m aware that caution should be take.

7 I will not leave my dog unattended or tethered at any time in the meadow.

8 I am liable for any damage caused inside or outside of the meadow.

9 I understand that the ground is uneven in places and caution must be taken, I and any persons with me use the meadow at our own risk.

10 My dog is covered by its own third-party insurance.

11 I am responsible for any other persons with me.

12 No group dog walking is allowed.

13 There is no water on site, so I’ll bring my own.

14 My dogs are all up to date with vaccinations and worm treatment.

15 Any gate codes provided are subject to change at any time, I will be provided with the current code at time of booking.

16 I will keep noise levels to a minimum and be mindful of others.

17 No smoking or fires

18 Vehicles are left at my own risk.

19 In line with Covid 19 restrictions, Hand sanitiser is provided at the entrance gate and field gate, I will use this after touching the gates.
